If You Have Type 2 Diabetes and Treat It with Diet and Exercise Alone Listen Up!

Natural Cinnamon Product Enhanced with Vanadium, Chromium
and 3 B Vitamins Help You Take Control of Diabetes!

This remarkable new product can tip the scales for Diabetes patients by safely and efficiently increasing natural insulin production and burning off excess blood sugar.

As a result, You take control of your blood sugar levels even if diet and exercise alone are failing you.

Look, my family has a long history of diabetes. My own mother died of it when her blood sugar levels went through the roof.

So I am well aware of how tough it is when you or a loved one has Type 2. I have had Type 2 since 1995. My firstborn adult son developed it just a few years ago. I was motivated to come up with something that would help and, as a medical writer, I knew the literature about diabetes, its complications and its treatments.

People with diabetes have the same risk of heart attacks as people who already have had heart attacks. Terrible complications can, over the years sneak up on you. Complications from diabetes can lead to:

Heart Attacks, Strokes, Kidney Damage,  Nerve Damage, Leg Amputations, and even Death.

However, if you control your blood sugar levels adequately, you Can prevent those outcomes.

Has your doctor told you there will come a time when you will need to go on expensive prescription pills or insulin? Do you fear giving yourself insulin injections?

Drugs Are Not the Only Answer

Don't get me wrong, if you need them, prescription drugs can save your life, but the trick is to keep from needing those drugs.
Side-effects from prescription anti-diabetes drugs can  make your life miserable. The uncomfortable and dangerous side-effects of some of those medications are:

  • Weight gain
  • Liver damage
  • Skin rashes, nausea and diarrhea
  • Reduced urination
  • Fluid retention
  • Depression
  • Impotence
  • Muscle weakness and cramping
  • Headache
  • Gastrointestinal problems

And that's naming just a few of the complications!

You are not alone though because in just the U.S. alone, diabetes affects over 23.6 million people, according to the National Institutes of Health.

What Is Type 2 Diabetes?

Diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high glucose (sugar) levels in the blood.  Type 2 diabetes used to be called Adult Onset Diabetes, but with more and more obese children being stricken, Adult Onset Diabetes had to be renamed.  Type 2 Diabetes is a two-pronged disease in which:

1. Your pancreas doesn't make enough of a hormone named insulin which carries glucose from your bloodstream to the cells where it is metabolized (burned, providing energy to the body) and, in which:

2. Your body isn't able to utilize the insulin as efficiently as it used to, a condition known as insulin resistance.

Let's run through that again: In Type 2 Diabetes, the body either does not produce enough insulin, or does not adequately respond to the insulin it is producing. That causes blood sugar levels to be higher than normal and over several years' consistently high blood sugars damage your cells, nerves, and various organs of your body

There is another type of diabetes called Type 1 which used to be known as Juvenile Onset Diabetes, but it too was renamed when so many obese children started developing diabetes. In Type 1, the pancreas makes no insulin at all.  Without injections of insulin, individuals with Type 1 Diabetes simply die.

In Type 2 Diabetes, your pancrease is still able to make insulin but, perhaps, not as much of it as your body needs and your body has a harder time making use of the insulin that is produced.

Type 2 Diabetes accounts for as much as 90-95% of all cases of diabetes and the prevalence is increasing at an alarming rate throughout the world.  This is believed to be due to a dramatic worldwide upsurge in obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and increased longevity.

In 2007 the estimated prevalence of diagnosed and undiagnosed diabetes in adults 60+ was 23.1%.  That's 23 out of every 100 people over the age of 60.  The prevalence of diagnosed and undiagnosed was 10.8% in those aged 40-59, and 2.1% of those aged 20-39.  African Americans, Hispanic/Latino Americans, American Indians, and some Asian Americans as well as older Americans are also at particularly high risk for Type 2 Diabetes.

So, as you get older, diet and exercise alone may not be enough to control your diabetes. If you find that this is happening to you, then Cinnamon+ supplement may be the answer.

For years, most newly diagnosed individuals with diabetes have been told by their doctors to lose weight and exercise more.  You probably were told that by your doctor.

He probably said you would be able manage your condition with diet and exercise alone, but as you got older it would become harder and harder to maintain normal blood sugar levels and consequently drugs or even insulin would have to be prescribed. Furthermore, increasing numbers of doctors are urging individuals with Type 2 to start diabetic medications and even insulin earlier than what was recommended in the past because maintaining blood sugars as close to normal as possible is so important (Normal blood sugars before meals, according to the American Diabetes Association should run between 70 and 130 mg/dl (units of measurement made by blood sugar testing meters in the U.S.  Elsewhere in the world, Canada and the United Kingdom, for instance) the unit of measure is the mmol/liter and the recommended range is between 3.9 -7.2 mmol/l.

So the goal is to get your blood sugar as close to normal during the day and during the night as possible. Now, there's good news, there is:

Diabetes Manager Cinnamon+, a Proven Solution for Fighting Diabetes

I developed Diabetes Manager Cinnamon+ several years ago after my adult son was diagnosed with Type 2.

Cinnamon+ is a proprietary blend of anti-diabetic cinnamon enhanced with vanadium, biotin, and three other cardiovascular protective B vitamins. These ingredients have been proven to reduce blood sugar levels naturally

Let's look at the proof for cinnamon first:

A pioneering study in 2003 entitled Cinnamon Improves Glucose and Lipids of People with Type 2 Diabetes was published in December, 2003 (Vol. 25, No. 12) by Drs. A. Khan, Richard A. Anderson, and their colleagues. The study was published in the prestigious medical journal Diabetes Care, published by the American Diabetes Association.

That medical study found that cinnamon alone was effective in normalizing the blood sugars of Type 2's who were having trouble controlling their blood sugar levels with diet and exercise alone. Study participants enjoyed morning blood sugar reductions from 18 to 29%!

Tried Cinnamon Before? Didn't Work?  Did You Make This Mistake?

The amazing 18 to 29% blood sugar reductions reported in the first study on cinnamon encouraged widespread cinnamon use by people all over the world who were striving to control their blood sugars without prescription drugs.

Unfortunately, no one told those people that they had to take at least one gram of cinnamon daily for 40 -60 days to enjoy similar blood sugar reductions.  Consequently, when many of those taking cinnamon to control their blood sugar didn't see results right away, enthusiasm waned.

Still . . . most people who took the correct amount for the proper number of days were pleased with their results. You will be too IF you stick to the program and take the recommended amount for the recommended length of time (1 gram twice a day for 40-60 days).

You are a perfect candidate for the benefits of Cinnamon+. This amazing, one-of-a-kind product combines just the right amount of cinnamon (two 500 mg capsules = 1 gram taken twice a day), and also includes the proven anti-diabetic minerals chromium and vanadium, plus biotin, and three other B vitamins that promote cardiovascular health.

Why Not Just Take Table Cinnamon? Why Pay for Capsules?

First, cinnamon found in the spice rack doesn't contain the extra diabetic and cardiovascular protective minerals and vitamins included in Cinnamon+.

Second, Dr. Richard Anderson, of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Nutrition Research Center in Beltsville, MD, warns that table cinnamon is not water soluble and thus can build up in the body with unknown and possibly adverse toxic consequences.

Third, Dr. Anderson advises people not to take cinnamon straight from the spice rack for another important reason:  Saliva contains a chemical harmful to cinnamon which reduces its potency. Dr. Anderson says he achieved a personal 60 point decline in total cholesterol after he switched from sprinkling cinnamon on his breakfast cereal to taking encapsulated cinnamon.

Furthermore, according to a new study by Dr. Anderson and his colleagues at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Human Nutrition Research Center in Beltsville, MD, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory effects and lowers cholesterol and triglycerides as well as glucose by improving insulin efficiency.

Another study, published in the European Journal of Clinical Investigation (Vol. 36, pp 340-344) has added to a growing body of knowledge linking cinnamon to improvements in blood sugar levels. The average age of the participants in this study was 63. After four months, the researchers found that fasting glucose levels of the 79 volunteers in the study improved by 10.3%.

Chromium has its own long record as an effective diabetes fighter.  One study published just a few years ago (August 2006) in Diabetes Care showed that 1,000 micrograms daily of chromium picolinate, in combination with a common oral, anti-diabetic medication, improved insulin sensitivity and glucose control better than medication alone.
It also significantly reduced the side effect of weight gain which is usually associated with this particular  prescribed medication.

Chromium is an essential nutrient involved in normal carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. A study published in Vol. 46, # 11 of the journal Diabetes, revealed that supplemental chromium had significant beneficial effects on glucose, insulin, cholesterol, and on the HbA1c test (the gold standard that reveals how well you have controlled your blood sugar over the past 3 months). Indeed, a systematic review of randomized controlled trials on the effect of chromium supplementation on glucose metabolism and lipids concluded that Chromium supplementation significantly improved glycemia among patients with diabetes (Diabetes Care, Vol. 30, #8, August, 2007).

Biotin is another supplement contained in Cinnamon+. Studies have shown that the combination of chromium picolinate and biotin significantly enhances glucose disposal. One of the studies that indicate this was done by Drs. GM Singer and J. Geohas of the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT.  They concluded:

"This pilot study demonstrates that supplementation with a combination of chromium picolinate and biotin in poorly controlled patients with diabetes receiving anti-diabetic therapy improved glucose management and several lipid measurements.

Chromium picolinate/biotin supplementation may represent an effective adjunctive nutritional therapy for people with poorly controlled diabetes offering the potential for improving lipid metabolism. Improvement in lipid metabolism offers protection against heart disease."

P.S.: Has your doctor told you there will be a time when you will need to go on expensive prescription pills or insulin?

If you control your blood sugar levels adequately, you can delay and, perhaps, even prevent that outcome.

Here's Help. I discovered a medical study entitled "Cinnamon Improves Glucose and Lipids of People with Type 2 Diabetes" by Drs. A. Khan, Richard A. Anderson, and their colleagues. It appeared in the prestigious medical journal Diabetes Care, (Vol. 25, No. 12, December, 2003). This medical study found cinnamon to be effective in normalizing the blood sugars of Type 2's who were having trouble controlling their sugar levels with diet and exercise alone. Study participants enjoyed morning blood sugar reductions from 18 to 29%!

These people were like you in that they had been controlling their diabetic conditions with diet and exercise alone. Those amazing 18 to 29% blood sugar reductions encouraged widespread cinnamon use by people all over the world who were striving to control their blood sugars without drugs.

However, no one told those people that according to the 2003 study, they had to take from one to three grams, or even six grams of cinnamon daily for at least 40 days to enjoy similar blood sugar reductions. Consequently, when many of those taking cinnamon to control their blood sugar didn't see results right away, enthusiasm waned.

On the other hand, most people who took the correct amount for the proper number of days were pleased with their results.

If you are trying to control Type 2 diabetes by diet and exercise alone and need extra help, perhaps this special cinnamon product is the answer. It certainly costs less than prescription drugs!

This product contains not only cinnamon, but the minerals chromium (which itself has been shown to have blood sugar regulating effects) and vanadium, and biotin and three other B vitamins known to promote cardiovascular health. We call all these additional nutrients in Cinnamon+ supporting nutritional factors because they enhance the effectiveness of cinnamon alone. That's why this product is called Diabetes Manager Cinnamon+.

You save money right away when you buy Cinnamon+ because you don't have to buy individual bottles of chromium, biotin, and the three other B vitamins that are already contained in Cinnamon+.
